The Workshop

IT software company The Workshop were on the brink of an exciting rebrand. So they brought me on board to establish, roll out and protect their shiny new tone of voice.

Working alongside a creative marketing team, both before and after the brand launch, I did all sorts of writing and thinking to uphold the brand's integrity, including:

  • developing creative campaigns with the designer
  • briefing and overseeing design agencies and other freelancers
  • writing all the copy (website, style guidelines, glossaries, policies, job descriptions, internal marketing campaigns, presentations).

I also trained the marketing, recruitment and HR teams how to write in the new tone of voice.
